This event is designed as a roundtable discussion for mining companies in order to share ideas and approaches to the UK Bribery Act and in particular how they are developing 'adequate procedures' ahead of formal implementation in April 2011. This will be an important topic for boards and investors alike over the coming months and the mining sector, in particular, is expected to be in the spotlight.
