Shareholder - Annual Reports

For a quoted company, producing an annual report is a complicated process requiring input from financial management, auditors, investor relations advisers, lawyers, designers and printers, not to mention board directors, themselves. Prism Cosec has worked with many quoted companies on aspects of the annual report production process ranging from the project management of the whole process through to preparing specific reports such as the Corporate Governance report.

Whilst the Transparency Directive as embodied in the 2006 Companies Act is changing the focus from traditional paper-based media to electronic media, making documents more accessible, the work involved in producing annual reports continues to increase as reporting requirements are extended and timescales are shortened.
